How do you get your menu listings?

VeggieHappy uses two methods for sourcing the menu information on our listing pages. First, we invite our venue partners to upload their plant-based menu items directly using the portal on our website. We also use publicly available information to create listing pages that venue representatives can then ‘claim,’ update, and manage. Menu items will show as ‘pending verification’ if the listing was not directly provided, or is not yet verified by that venue.

What do you mean by plant-based?

VeggieHappy features menu options that either do not include animal products (cheese/dairy, eggs, or meat) or, where added, can be removed. VeggieHappy does not guarantee that all menu items are 100% vegan. If you have questions about the ingredients in any menu item, please contact the venue directly. You can find venue information at the bottom of each listing page.

How often do you update the plant-based menus on venue listings?

Most listings are managed and updated by venue representatives. The last update will be indicated in the Venue Information section at the bottom of each listing page. Note that most sports venues review and update their menus annually at the start of the sport’s season. This means that even if it hasn’t been updated for a year, the menu may still be current.

Do you offer links to venue maps with seating and concession locations?

Yes, we do! In the Venue Description field at the top of each listing page, we provide a link to the venue map offered on their website. Concession locations will correspond to the numbered seating sections.

I want to review my food experience at a particular venue. How do I do that?

Go to “Post New Review” on the venue’s listing page and enter your review there. Note that we will not share your personal information. View our Privacy Policy for more information.

The listing information wasn’t correct when I attended the venue. Who do I contact to make the correction?

Please use our Contact form and let us know what changed. We, and our venue partners, do our best to keep venue listing information as up-to-date as possible. Your listing corrections are appreciated!

I want more plant-based options at my venue. What can I do?

We encourage you to post a review and rate your food experience at that venue. Indicate what’s missing or what plant-based items you’d like to see added. You can also refer to Venue Information on each listing page and contact the venue directly. Ask for the Foodservice or Concessions Manager. Customer suggestions are not only appreciated, they are considered and tallied for future menu consideration.

I don’t see the venue listing I’m looking for. Will you be adding more listings?

YES. We continually add new listings to the website. We will also be expanding to add more venue categories in the future. Please feel free to contact us with specific venue listing requests. You can also sign up to receive our updates.

Can I submit or claim a listing?

You must be an official representative for the team, venue, or foodservice company in order to submit or claim a venue listing page. Click on How it Works or contact us for more information.

I’d like to advertise on your website. Who should I contact?
